The rescue paired a hard reset of the owner's attitude with a concept rebuilt from the ground up to court those service members, because fixing one without the other would have solved nothing. Taffer reopened the room as 22 Klicks, a military-flavored identity aimed squarely at the market the old bar had been alienating.
